RCA Tour

IMPORTANT!
  • We encourage you to not merely read the RCA Quick Start Tour, but to actually do a Root Cause Analysis (“RCA”) as you follow the tour. This will help you to quickly familiarize yourself with GembaCI RCA. We are using a fictitious example, but you are welcome to use your own problem for the exercise.
  • Bear in mind, the purpose of the RCA Quick Start Tour is not to train you to do a complete RCA, but to familiarize you with the GembaCI RCA application. You can get basic information on how to do an RCA here.
