Deactivate and activate users
For a Trial and Free plan, you have limited users and for the Paid plan an organization pays for the number of active users. You may therefor want to deactivate an existing user, without deleting them. A deactivated user will not be able to sign into the application.
To deactivate a user, click on Administration > Identity Management > Users and then Actions for the user you want to deactivate. In the Actions dropdown, click on Edit and untick the Active tick box to deactivate the user or tick the Active tick box to activate the user.
