There is a link to the Sign in page in the Welcome email you got from us.
We recommend that you create a shortcut on your desktop to the Sign in page for your convenience. If you don’t know how to do it, ask a “techie” colleague to help you some time😊
If you prefer, you can reset your password from Forgot password?
Complete your email and password and click Sign in.
Home
When you click Sign in on the Sign in page, you go to the Home page.
Subscription manager
As Subscription manager you subscribe for the paid plan and manage subscriptions by increasing or decreasing users.
Trial, Paid plan and Free plan
Your subscription starts as a 30 day free Trial plan.
During the Trial, users have all features of the Paid plan, with only the following limitations:
- Maximum 10 users.
- Maximum 3 active RCA’s.
- Maximum 3 images per RCA.
- No uploading of other files.
- Maximum 200 mb storage.
The Trial automatically reverts to the Free plan if your organization does not subscribe for the Paid plan.
In addition to the same limitations as the Trial, the Free plan has further limitations which are clearly marked as Paid plan features by an image of a golden lock.
Subscribe for Paid plan
GembaCI partners with Stripe one of the worlds leading payment gateways to manage your payments. Stripe manages hundreds of millions of subscriptions for more than 300,000 companies.
Roll your cursor over the Main menu.
To subscribe for the Paid plan, click on Subscriptions and then on the Subscribe button.
Increase or decrease users
You can increase the number of users you want to subscribe for compared to the number of users on the Trial. If you want to decrease the number of users, click on the User management link.
Payment methods
You have an option between:
- Card payments; and
- Bank transfers/EFT.
Click on your preferred method and follow the instructions.
